The Founders Club™ Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in The Founders Club™ ("Membership", "Program", "Club"), you (“Member,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Commitment & Payment Terms
12-Month Minimum Commitment
Enrollment in The Founders Club™ is a 12-month minimum membership. You are contractually responsible for completing all payments for the full term, regardless of participation level or usage.

Payment Responsibility
You agree to keep a valid payment method on file and authorize automatic billing. You are solely responsible for ensuring your payment method is current and that funds are available.

Late Payments & Defaults
If a payment is more than 7 days late, a $50 late fee will be applied automatically. If your payment fails after 2 attempts, access to the membership will be suspended until your account is brought current. You are still contractually responsible for the remaining balance.

No Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.
This includes (but is not limited to): dissatisfaction with the content, failure to use the materials, or changes in your personal or business circumstances.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All materials, content, processes, templates, tools, and trainings inside The Founders Club™ are intellectual property owned by Taylor Slango LLC. You are granted access for personal business use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or repurposing of any materials for resale or teaching purposes is strictly prohibited and grounds for legal action.

You also agree not to share, leak, or duplicate content within the community to anyone outside the membership, including other programs, Slack groups, or forums.

Community Guidelines
You agree to uphold a respectful, non-disruptive presence in all community spaces. This includes Telegram threads, live calls, and comment sections. Harassment, solicitation, or any behavior deemed harmful or inappropriate by our team will result in removal from the community—without a refund and with payment obligations remaining in full effect.

Income Claims & Personal Responsibility
You agree not to make any false or misleading income claims related to your participation in The Founders Club™.

Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual effort, experience, and external factors. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your business decisions, earnings, and results, and you will not hold Taylor Slango LLC, The Founders Club™, or its affiliates liable for any actions or outcomes.

Legal & Binding Agreement
This Agreement is binding upon purchase and enforceable under United States law. You agree that your enrollment serves as a digital signature confirming acceptance of these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with purchase.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you understand and accept all of the above.
